How to Brew

1. Fill the lower chamber with room-temperature water (below valve).

2. Add medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter funnel (don’t tamp).

3. Screw on the top securely and place on stove over medium heat.

4. Remove from heat once coffee finishes bubbling to the top. Serve immediately.

Care & Maintenance

• Wash only with water – no detergent or dishwasher

• Wipe dry after washing to prevent stains

• Descale periodically with citric acid or vinegar

• Replace worn gaskets or clogged filters with genuine Bialetti parts
