How do purchase my order on the site?
To complete a purchase on the site:
- Browse and choose products – Select the item you like and pick the size, quantity, or variant if available.
- Add to Cart – Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the product into your shopping cart.
- Review your cart – Open the cart (top-right corner) to make sure all items and quantities are correct.
- Proceed to Checkout – Click “Checkout” to continue your order.
- Enter Shipping & Billing Details – Fill in your delivery address, contact information, and payment method.
- Confirm & Pay – Once everything is filled in, click “Pay” to place your order and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
To update your details:
- Log in to your account – Click the account icon at the top of the website and sign in.
- Open your Profile – After logging in, click on your account icon again and select Profile.
- Update your personal details – On the Profile page, click the edit (✎) icon next to your name if you want to change your name or email.
- Manage your addresses – Under the Addresses section, click + Add to add a new shipping address. You can save multiple addresses for future orders.
- Save changes – Your updated information will be stored in your account and used the next time you place an order.
Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
No. Order that have been made cannot be cancel. However, it is exchangeable for others product. Please refer to our Exchange Policy.

What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.
How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 2 to 5 Working Days depending on your region (Not including weekend and Public Holiday)
