Exchange for Defective or Damaged Product

1. We only exchange goods if they are defective / damaged within 5 working days. 

2. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition.The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. ​

3. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be exchangeable. 

4. Trees and Sun Outdoor will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

5. Upon receive of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone call, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

​Not Satisfied or Changed Mind

1. We can issue an exchange within 3 working days on the product if you are not satisfied or changed of mind. You can exchange for an equal value product, however an additional amount needs to be added for a higher value product and non refundable for a lower value product. 

2. Returned product shipping cost will bear on the buyer.
